Lead Pastor Barry Sanchez & Co-Pastor Jasmine Sanchez
Pastors Barry & Jasmine have been serving in ministry since 2007. They began by assisting their Pastors Luke & Yvette Padilla with a Saturday night outreach service for the unchurched called Divine Design.
They also served their church, World Harvest Community Center as youth pastors for 6 years.
Barry eventually became the Overseeing Pastor over small groups and student ministries which includes nursery, children, youth, and young adults. He later became the Executive Pastor of WHCC.
Jasmine became the Worship Pastor overseeing the creative arts ministry of the church which includes worship, musicians, dance, choir, drama, visual and audio.
In 2019 Barry and Jasmine were commissioned by their home church to begin a ministry work on behalf of WHCC that would eventually transition into a local church in New Jersey. The pandemic came soon after, but through much prayer, perseverance, and the support of family and friends, they continued pressing forward to establish the church they believed God has called them to.
Under their leadership, in 2023 the ministry was finally able to transition and became Harvest Community Church.
Barry and Jasmine are passionate about the church representing Jesus well. For the church to be a loving and caring community. Not just for one another, but for all those they might encounter along this journey called life.
Associate Pastors Max & Luz Jimenez
Pastors Max and Luz began their ministry journey together in World Harvest Community Center.
In 2012 shortly after becoming members they began serving as Deacons and Ushers.
Later Max went on to become the Men’s Ministry Leader, and Luz began to serve in the women’s ministry, and then within the young adults ministry of the church.
As they continued to serve faithfully, Max and Luz both became teachers within the teaching ministry of the church. They also served as translators for many of the bi-lingual gatherings and events.
In 2022 WHCC officially ordained Max and Luz as pastors, and they were sent to assist Pastors Barry and Jasmine with the ministry in New Jersey.
Pastors Max and Luz are both passionate about God’s word and His Church. They love to serve and care for people, always ready and willing to lend a helping hand.
